Hear about Jeff's latest book 'Lost River; and the evolution of the Kim Norby series & characters. Jeff will also share why he is doing more short form writing this year.

Join your library for an author visit featuring Jeff Krogstad. Jeff will discuss his latest book Lost River and how the characters & plots are evolving as the series grows. He'll also delve why he is regularly writing on Substack this year and how short and long form writing work together.

Jeff Krogstad was born and raised in northwestern Minnesota and graduated from Fertile-Beltrami High School in 1983. Jeff is the author of the Kim Norby series, as well as several nonfiction books. He has traveled and taught internationally, but he loves living in Minnesota. He and his wife Lisa live on a small farm with a couple of horses, a black dog, and a white cat.

About the branch

The Fertile Public Library is tucked inside the Duane Knutson Community Center on Mill Street across the street from the Main Street Station & Deli. The Fertile Library is a large one-room library with access to a small meeting room and auditorium that can be reserved through the city office and 24-hour access to WiFi.
