Join ARC Minnesota for a transition focused gathering at the Moorhead Library. At Future Fest: Planning for Life After High School for students with disabilities, there will be have learning opportunities, resource tables, and more.
Participants can attend breakout sessions to learn about Supported Decision Making, tools to help plan for the future, CCRI’s Independent by Design program, and more. There will also be a creative breakout session where participants will make a collage to help them think about their future.
