Join us for a visit with local author Alicia Underlee Nelson as she discusses her newest book, "100 Things To Do in North Dakota Before You Die." Nelson will also cover how travel writing has changed, detail interesting itineraries even locals might have missed, and share why she thinks the phrase "flyover country" doesn't even hint at half of what our region has to offer. The presentation will be followed by time for Q&A and book signing.
Alicia Underlee Nelson's previous books include: "100 Things to Do in Fargo Before You Die," and "North Dakota Beer: A Heady History." She co-authored "Midwest Road Trip Adventures" and "Midwest State Park Adventures" with colleagues, and contributed to Lonely Planet’s "Offbeat North America," as well as numerous other publications.
This event is free-of-charge, and registration is not required.
