Join us during National Park Week to learn about hiking safety and essentials. Donna Kent, North Regional Lead of She Ascends Hiking and Wellness, will discuss hiking essentials; simple safety tips, including what should be in your backpack; local trail information; and details about the She Ascends organization, as well as sharing some take-home bonuses with attendees.
