Join us to learn some food preservation basics with Jillian Patrie, University of MN Extension Clay County Horticulture Educator.

Join us to learn some basics about preserving fruits and vegetables with Jillian Patrie, Clay County Horticulture Educator from University of Minnesota Extension. The presentation will cover safety tips and frequently asked questions; troubleshooting; examples of supplies and equipment used for canning and freezing; and, additional resources for at-home learning.
