Awkward Art
Art for Teens
Tuesday, June 16
5:30pm - 7:00pm
Join us to create "awkward art" using materials provided by the library.
We invite all area teens to the library to participate in a fun session of "awkward art." Participants will follow fun prompts to plan and create "bad/awkward" art using provided materials. The focus will be on the process of creating art, while exploring different materials, and trying new things. As Bob Ross said, "There are no mistakes, only happy little accidents." This event is a unique teen-focused program being offered as part of our Summer Reading Program. This program will be offered two times, and teens are welcome to join for one or both sessions. Participants will also be provided free pizza courtesy of Domino's.
