Join us for a program exploring Hygge, the Danish art of relaxing and Fika, the Swedish coffee break. Enjoy the coziness of winter together with fellow community members.

We welcome you to the library for some Scandinavian cozy & social time. Hygge and Fika are Danish and Swedish concepts that are all about embracing life's simple pleasure. We will be providing warm beverages and treats, along with puzzles and coloring activities and encourage you to bring any of your favorite quiet and cozy activities such as:

  • Fiber arts
  • Coloring
  • Journaling
  • Drawing
  • and of course, a cozy book to read so that you can meet your Book Blizzard goals.

The Crookston Public Library is located at 110 N. Ash St. next to the old Carnegie Library. The Crookston Library offers study carrels, a private meeting room, and the beautiful River Room for your individual use or group meeting needs.
