Join us for the annual grand opening for the Crookston Public Library's Seed Library!
This year we have the pleasure of kicking off our Seed Library with the aid of the Polk County Extension's Master Gardener Volunteers and the Tri-Valley Family Resource Center. You are invited to bring viable seeds to exchange with others and/or donate to the Crookston Seed Library.
Participation Guidelines
Visit the Crookston Public Libraries Seed Library! It is open March 21st, 2026 to July 31st, 2026. The Seed Library offers free garden seeds for plants to members of our community while supplies are available. We encourage gardeners to also grow the seed library by donating any leftover seeds from the previous year or at the end of the current year, so we can distribute them to more members of the community.
(We currently accept donations of vegetable, herb and flower seeds.)
The Seed Library is made possible thanks to seed donations from the Family Resource Center (FRC) and the support of the Polk County Master Gardener Volunteers.
