Join the library for a kid-friendly "Noon Year's Eve" celebration, complete with a balloon drop at noon!

Celebrate New Year's Eve with your child without having to wake them up at midnight! The Moorhead Public Library will offer a kid-friendly "Noon Year's Eve" celebration including crafts, activities, and a balloon drop at noon! This program is geared for youth ages 10 and under, but all are welcome.
