Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership (CAPLP) provides a wide array of programs and services that are designed to meet the unique needs of the children, families and seniors that live in the communities we serve. All programs and services work together to help achieve the organization’s mission to Eliminate Poverty, Empower Families, and Engage Communities using a holistic approach to helping people build a better future for their families. Stop by the Moorhead Public Library on Tuesdays to learn more about and how to access programs including Head Start, Financial Freedom Training, Career Connections, Homebuyer Education, SNAP Food Support assistance, Emergency Housing Assistance and much more.
The Moorhead Public Library is located in downtown Moorhead behind the Rourke Art Gallery. The library offers free WiFi, wireless printing and friendly staff to help you access the library's many resources.
