Are you curious about the lives of older LGBTQ people in our region? Hear three featured interviews that are part of the Red River Rainbow Seniors ongoing oral history project.

In November 2017, the Red River Rainbow Seniors began an oral history project, “Breaking Barriers: Harvesting LGBTQ Stories from the Northern Plains,” focusing on older LGBTQ people and their allies. The original digital files and the transcriptions will be in the North Dakota State University Archives. Join us to hear from Dr. Mark Chekola, Emeritus Professor of Philosophy from MSUM and member of the Oral History Committee as he shares about this project. Special thanks to the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County.
