Join a librarian on a walk and learn about all things nature! We’ll have a themed activity on the walk, then we’ll come back to the library to do a nature-themed craft.

Join our librarian Johanna on a walk along the trail next to the Crookston Public Library. Along the way you’ll learn about various nature facts while participating in a themed activity. Afterwards, we’ll come back to the library to complete a nature-themed craft. This event is every fourth Friday of the month. This month we will be doing a tree scavenger hunt and leaf rubbings!

Please meet inside the library and we will head out to the trail as a group. Johanna is the newest librarian at the Crookston Public Library and has a background studying plants and animals as a naturalist.

The Crookston Public Library is located at 110 N. Ash St. next to the old Carnegie Library. The Crookston Library offers study carrels, a private meeting room, and the beautiful River Room for your individual use or group meeting needs.
