Join the Firefly Center and the Fosston Public Library for an author visit and book reading with author Kent Estey! The author will read from his children's book, Picking Sweetgrass, which is a Native-written and illustrated children’s picture book in whcih a young boy recalls a cherished childhood memory of gathering sweetgrass with his grandmother, Ma.
This event is brought to us by the Firefly Center and is funded in part by MHC with money from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund that was created with the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.

The Fosston Public Library is located at the intersection of Foss Ave and 4th Street near Hope Lutheran Church. The Fosston Public Library offers printing, copying, and faxing services, as well as microfilm of the 13 Towns from February 6, 1891 to December 17, 1999.
