Minnesotans are gathering at libraries to show support for libraries and their role in our communities! Show your support by stopping by the library to color a bookmark.

Minnesotans are invited to gather at libraries across the state to show support for all libraries and the vital role they play in our communities!

Show your support by visiting your library and color a custom bookmark. Whether you stay for five minutes or an hour, your presence helps demonstrate just how much our community values its library. Stop by, say hello, and take home a little piece of library love.

Schedule of Events:

10:00AM - Book Sale Starts

11:00AM - Build a bookmark and snap a photo in our photobooth

12:00PM to 1:00PM - Silent Reading Party: Claim a spot in the library and settle in to read for one hour with other community members. Seating is limited, but you are welcome to bring a blanket to sit on or a lawn chair to set up on the library's patio! 

1:30PM - End of Book Sale, Bookmark making, and photo booth

About the branch

The Barnesville Public Library is located right next to the City Hall. The Barnesville Library has a meeting room that can be used for small meetings or events.
