Join Moorhead Public Library and the Historical & Cultural Society of Clay County to share your memories and/or participate in a step challenge commemorating the 25th Anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001.

Do you remember where you were on September 11, 2001? How did that day affect your life? Join us on the 25th Anniversary of 9/11 to share your thoughts with staff from the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County, who will be conducting a "History Harvest" to record local recollections and memories from 9/11. You may also participate in our step challenge to pay tribute to the first responders who climbed the 110 stories of the World Trade Center: 2,000+ steps around The Loop (averaging just under a mile, or approximately 8 laps) will represent the floors climbed by firefighters that day. You will also be able to view some video content from survivors and check out information about this critical event in American history.
