Join Fargo-Moorhead artist Bizzy Burslie at the Crookston Public Library for a 2-hour hands-on workshop on Kinusaiga, the Japanese art of "quilting without thread." Learn how to press fabric scraps into grooved boards to craft beautifully textured, no-sew designs while giving old textiles new life. This program is offered free of charge thanks in part to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund and all supplies will be provided. Registration will open Tuesday, August 25 at 3:30 p.m.
Appropriate for ages 12+
Bizzy Burslie is a local Fargo-Moorhead artist, maker, and community organizer. She serves as Co-President of the Fiber Arts Festival and is well-known in the local creative scene for her hand-stitched works, floral and botanical prints, and participation in regional art markets.

Crookston Public Library
The Crookston Public Library is located at 110 N. Ash St. next to the old Carnegie Library. The Crookston Library offers study carrels, a private meeting room, and the beautiful River Room for your individual use or group meeting needs.
