Looking to explore alternative paths to everyday wellness? Join Nancy Herbert and Maddy Bowers to learn about a variety of different health alternatives such as: sound baths, energy work, and temperature therapy.
Nancy Herbert will share her knowledge on sound baths, yoga, meditation, and energy work. These practices, when done consistently can provide incredible benefits, such as: stress reduction, supporting the nervous system, boosting immunity, promoting better sleep, and providing a sense of peace and calm. Nancy will also conduct a short sound bath. Nancy has had two training courses in sound healing and has provided sound baths for four years.
Maddy Bowers will share her knowledge on practical, evidence-based strategies to help reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and stay active doing the things you love. She will go over gentle exercises, temperature therapy, relaxation management techniques, and more. Maddy is a licensed Physical Therapist and recent Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from the University of North Dakota.
