Join the Reading by the Red Club at the Crookston Public Library to discuss "The Quiet Librarian," a murder mystery by Allen Eskens.


"The Quiet Librarian" by Minnesota author Allen Eskens is both a murder mystery and historical fiction. A middle-aged Minnesota librarian's best friend is murdered, and solving the murder involves confronting her past as a teenager in war-torn Bosnia.  Find "The Quiet Librarian" in our catalog.

The Reading by the Red Club meets on the fourth Tuesday of every other month at 6 pm for engaging conversation over tea and cookies in the River Room at the Crookston Public Library.

The Crookston Public Library is located at 110 N. Ash St. next to the old Carnegie Library. The Crookston Library offers study carrels, a private meeting room, and the beautiful River Room for your individual use or group meeting needs.
