Join us to discover the invention that forever changed how humans share stories. As part of the 2026 Summer Reading Program, the Lake Agassiz Regional Library is partnering with the Minnesota Center for Book Arts to offer youth an up-close experience with a real printing press.
Join us to learn all about the printing press, then create your own message to create a custom print. From ancient ideas to modern messages, witness how the art of the printing press connects the past to the present. This program is offered free-of-charge and is geared for elementary-aged youth, although all are welcome to join the fun.
