Have you ever wanted try yoga but never got around to it? Join us for an introduction to Yoga, Mindfulness, and all of the benefits of relaxation, with instructor Wendy Pearson from 180 Balance. Wendy has studied with Gary Kraftsow and Judith Hanson Lasater and graduated from both levels of Yoga Teacher Training from Devanadi School of Yoga in Minneapolis. She currently teaches all over the area in DL, Perham, Pelican Rapids, and Cormorant. The class is offered on two different dates. Feel free to come to one or both sessions. This class is free, but we ask participants to register. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel.

The Detroit Lakes Public Library is located in downtown Detroit Lakes at the intersection of Washinton Ave. and Frazee Street. The library offers two meeting rooms, four study rooms, a legal kiosk, free Wi-Fi and much more.
