It's Bird Month at the Crookston Public Library! Join us as we welcome UMC professor Dr. John Loegering Dr. Loegering is an avian ecologist with over 40 years experience in the world of birds. He is a Certified Wildlife Biologist and Professor of Wildlife Ecology at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Loegering has worked with the University of Minnesota Extension on wildlife-related issues since 2001. He regularly speaks to groups on enhancing landscapes for wildlife, human-wildlife interactions, and wildlife damage management. His research focuses on habitat associations and reproductive performance of wild birds. This event promises to be informative and engaging whether you are an avid birder, or a casual backyard enjoyer of birds. This event is geared towards adults, but all ages are welcome to join.
