Celebrate New Year's Eve with your child without having to wake them up at midnight! The Detroit Lakes Public Library will offer a kid-friendly "Noon Year's Eve" celebration including crafts, activities, and a balloon drop at noon! This program is for ages 5-13, but all ages are welcome.
