Learn plant care fundamentals, common issues, and how to build confidence with indoor greenery at this friendly workshop led by horticulture educator Jillian Patrie.

Curious about how to keep your houseplants healthy—or just not sure where to start? Houseplants 101 is the perfect beginner-friendly workshop for anyone wanting to grow a greener home. Jillian Patrie, Extension Horticulture Educator from the University of Minnesota, will walk you through lighting, watering, repotting, pest prevention, and more. You'll get tips for choosing the right plant for your space and lifestyle, and troubleshoot common houseplant woes.

Whether you’re a seasoned plant parent or just bringing your first leafy friend home, this session will help you grow your skills and your confidence.
