The Bagley Library is located on Spencer Ave SW just one block south of Kubiak's Grocery Store on the right side of the street. The library is housed in the same building as the Bagley Community Room which also has the Bagley Area Arts Collaborative fine arts exhibit available for viewing anytime during open hours.
