It's a Search-and-Find book! Can you find all 20 creatures on each page? Mid-July the book will move from the river loop trail to Duckstad woods by the sports complex.
The Fertile Public Library has teamed up with the Agassiz Environmental Learning Center and Polk County Public Health to offer a series of Story Strolls this summer tied to our summer Jungle theme. Children and their families are invited to explore the trails as they read the book pages set up along the path. The trails will be marked.
This second installment of the summer Story Stroll will feature 'Hidden in the Jungle' by Peggy Nille. This Story Stroll will be set up along the river loop trail from July 1 until mid-July when it will move to Duckstad woods for the second half of the month. Can you find all 20 creatures on each page of this search-and-find book?
How It Works
The Story Stroll starts the month on the river loop trail at the Agassiz Environmental Leaning Center. The river loop trail starts by the deck at the Nature Center, which is located at 400 Summit Avenue SW. Mid-July the Story Stroll will move to a NEW LOCATION! For the second half of the month the Story Stroll can be found on the Agassiz Environmental Learning Center trail in Duckstad Woods. The trail entrance starts near the sports complex at the corner of Christian St. and Jefferson Ave. Check the Library's Facebook Event page for any extras, updates, or changes.
Make It Count
