Join us as students from around the community give a brief presentation on Sources of Strength, which is a training and curriculum program for youth and adults that utilizes a strength-based and upstream approach to promoting positive mental health and the prevention of suicide, violence, bullying and substance abuse. In this program we will learn about the program's eight core strengths and the impact it has on students in local schools. Afterwards, stick around to paint a rock with a positive message that you can leave around the community to brighten someone's day!
