Topping Off Ceremony
Thursday, March 20 at 10 a.m.
Viewing will be held in the FM Center Lot (403 Center Ave)

Parking will be available in the old Herbergers parking ramp. 

A “Topping Out Ceremony” is traditionally held to celebrate the completion of a building’s structural phase, marking the placement of the final beam or highest point. On Monday, community members signed a 45-foot steel beam that will be placed in the structure, symbolizing the strong foundation of support and collaboration that has made this project possible. This is a unique chance to be part of Moorhead history and celebrate the progress of The Loop.
