Join the Reading by the Red Club for engaging conversation over tea and cookies in the River Room at the Crookston Library. This month we're discussing "Give a Girl a Knife" by Amy Thielen.

Give a Girl a Knife is a memoir by Minnesota author Amy Thielen. The book describes how Amy grew to love food and cooking, from growing up in northern Minnesota and learning her mother and grandmother's recipes, to cooking in an off-the-grid cabin nearby, to  working in restaurant kitchens in NYC. The Crookston Public Library is located at 110 N. Ash St. next to the old Carnegie Library. The Crookston Library offers study carrels, a private meeting room, and the beautiful River Room for your individual use or group meeting needs.
