Join us to learn more about Advanced Directives for Healthcare and Property, including:

  • Advanced Planning
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Health Care Directives
  • and more!

Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota will share information and can help with creating your own free Advanced Directive (bring ID if wishing to complete any paperwork). For more information about the presentation, contact 1-800-450-8585, or www.lsnmlaw.org. This presentation is free-of-charge, and refreshments will be provided.
