Learn how to create your own tintype photos and photo/specimen slides for a fun "faux-vintage" look for your cardmaking and scrapbooking projects.

Learn how to make tintypes and photography slides with a "faux-vintage" flair at the Fertile Public Library. Drop in any time between 5-6:30 p.m. We will wrap our projects up by 7 p.m. You will leave with at least one scrapbooking element to use in your projects this year. All supplies needed will be provided by the library. We will have preprinted transparencies on hand.

About the branch

The Fertile Public Library is tucked inside the Duane Knutson Community Center on Mill Street across the street from the Main Street Station & Deli. The Fertile Library is a large one-room library with access to a small meeting room and auditorium that can be reserved through the city office and 24-hour access to WiFi.
