Join us in partnership with Colton Friesen, LPCC of Compass Counseling Center to discuss chapters 1-5 of What Happened to You? by Dr. Perry and Oprah Winfrey. We will meet again on Tuesday, January 28th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm to discuss chapters 6-10 of What Happened to You? by Dr. Perry and Oprah Winfrey. 

In What Happened to You?: Conversations on Trauma, Resilience, and Healing by Dr. Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey offers a mental shift from asking someone "What is wrong with them?" to asking "What happened to you?" It provides a different approach to understanding and healing from the past. 

Colton Friesen is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota and the owner of Compass Counseling Center, where he works with individuals and couples dealing with a variety of mental health concerns including, but not limited to; Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and Relationship Conflict.
