Want to connect with other family history and genealogy research enthusiasts? Join us to learn more about the subject by asking and answering questions. All are welcome!

Join fellow local genealogy enthusiasts to chat about your progress, share tips, and encourage each other.

Your library offers free access to a number of popular genealogy research tools, including Ancestry.com (Library Edition), FamilySearchProQuest, and the Minnesota Digital Library

If you're interested in exploring these tools with a little assistance, join the Fertile Public Library for a genealogy meetup and learn how to access these tools with a library staff member on hand to answer questions as they come up. Don't have a laptop or tablet? Use the library's desktops or check out one of our Chromebooks for In-Library Use for the day.

This program is offered free-of-charge. Don't forget to bring some family information to aid in your research!
