Join us for an educational session on Advance Care Planning. Missy Klemin, a Client Relations Associate with CHI Health at Home, will answer questions & offer clarification.
Join the Breckenridge Public Library for an educational session on Advance Care Planning facilitated by CHI Health at Home Client Relations Associate Missy Klemin. Advance care planning involves discussing and preparing for future decisions about your medical care if you become seriously ill or unable to communicate your wishes. Having meaningful conversations with your loved ones is the most important part of advance care planning. Many people also choose to put their preferences in writing by completing legal documents called Advance Directives.
Join us for a free session which will allow attendees to learn about Advance Directives, how to fill them out and what to do with them afterwards.
Join us to explore different themes with stories, songs, rhymes, flannel boards, special guests and more! Storytime typically lasts for 45 minutes and is geared for children ages 3-6, although children of all ages are welcome to join the fun. This month our theme is turtles.
