Join us on the third Thursday of the month to discuss classic books. All are welcome to drop-in and share their reading experience! In May we will discuss "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen.

Join us at the library to discuss different literary classics with the Classics Book Club. The genres may vary but we've got something for everyone! Our May pick is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.

In Pride & Prejudice, Mrs. Bennet is focused on getting her five daughters married off. Things start to go her way when a new wealthy neighbor and his friend move into the manor house next door. Jane, the eldest Bennett daughter, is captivated by the neighbor. Elizabeth, the second eldest, finds a nemesis in neighbor's friend. Will an unfortunate mistake by the youngest daughter ruin all of their chances at love?

You can find the novel in our catalog here. If you prefer Libby, you can find it here.
