Join your library for Gardening 101, facilitated by Jillian Patrie of Clay County Extension. Attendees will learn how to start their own garden and how to create beautiful and nourishing gardens in small spaces. Topics include:
- Gardening in small spaces including patio containers
- Raised bed gardening
- Soils
- Fertilizers
- Selecting the right plants
- Tips and tricks for effective pest management
- What to do with your harvest
- and more!
Attendees are encouraged to come with questions and ideas to share. All are welcome and the program is offered free-of-charge. No registration is required.

The Barnesville Public Library is located right next to the City Hall. The Barnesville Library has a meeting room that can be used for small meetings or events.
