Enjoy the summer sun at the Detroit Lakes City Park. Make a turtle buddy and walk around the park to find all of the hidden turtles. If weather is unpleasant, this event will be moved to the Library.
Did you know that worms have 5 hearts? Learn about how 'wild' Sandy Gunderson is about worm juice, earthworms, and recycling. Kids will be able to interact with the worms and make some wormy art.

Celebrate Harry Potter's birthday at the Detroit Lakes Library. Enjoy party games and activities, such as turning teacups into frogs, photo booths and potion making. Dressing up is encouraged.
