Join author James Norton and photographer Becca Dilley for a conversation about Minnesota food through the lens of their book, Lake Superior Flavors.

Join author James Norton and photographer Becca Dilley for a conversation about Minnesota food through the lens of their book, Lake Superior Flavors. Their travels around the state included a Boundary Waters feast in the dead of winter, punishing tours of 50-60 food items at the start of each Minnesota State Fair, and exhaustive explorations of Minneapolis-St. Paul food thoroughfares including Central Avenue, East Lake Street, and Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis and University Avenue in St. Paul. Norton and Dilley will also share thoughts on the ups (and occasional downs!) of traveling and working side-by-side with your spouse. This program is offered free-of-charge thanks in part to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
