Join the Climax Library for a primer in Lefse making - just in time for Thanksgiving!

Have you always wanted to learn how to make Lefse, a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread? Join local experts to learn how to make this tasty regional favorite. 

Leeann with her Russet potatoes, and Patti with her favorite mix will share the process from start to (delicious) finish. They will have rolling pins, lefse sticks, and a couple hot griddles. Feel free to bring your own rolling pin and apron. Story sharing encouraged! This event is free and open to the public, all are welcome.
