Does your kiddo struggle with reading? Does reading out loud make your child nervous? Stop by the Detroit Lakes Public Library to meet Hattie and her handler, Beth! Hattie is a purebred German Shepherd and is 3 years old. She began her training in Puppy Kindergarten followed by Beginner Obedience, Intermediate Obedience, and Rally Obedience. She moved on to complete Canine Good Citizen, CGC Community, and CGC Urban. Reading to a friendly furry face can help boost reading confidence! Each session is 10 minutes long. This event is FREE.
