Visit the library to take a stroll through the story of Bat from Morag Hood's book, "I am Bat." Draw your own pages and characters with chalk as you travel the sidewalk around the building.

"I am Bat" is a hilarious book by Morag Hood about a grumpy bat and its one true love: cherries.  Kids and families are invited to visit the library and stroll around the sidewalk to read each page and draw their own additions to the story with chalk.  

Visit the library for Summer Library Experience events weekly on Thursdays at 2 p.m. from June 1 to July 27.  See a full list of events at larl.org/explore.
