Experience the power of live theatre with an engaging performance of “The Ant & The Grasshopper,” a mini-play intended for children ages 3-10. The mini-play will be hosted by Lake Agassiz Regional Library and will be performed by Climb Theatre, which uses the power of live theater to inspire people to build better communities.
“The Ant & The Grasshopper” is a continuation of Aesop’s Fable in which two friends compete together in a competition. When they have trouble finding their harmony, Queen Bee (along with the audience) help them learn to BEE kid, BEE a friend and BEE together in order to create a song where every voice has a part.
The performance is offered free-of-charge thanks in part from funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund through an appropriation from the Legacy amendment.

The Bagley Library is located on Spencer Ave SW just one block south of Kubiak's Grocery Store on the right side of the street. The library is housed in the same building as the Bagley Community Room which also has the Bagley Area Arts Collaborative fine arts exhibit available for viewing anytime during open hours.
