Join 180 Balance yoga instructor Stacy Pontinen for a four part series in mindfulness and exploration of self. Each session will delve into breath work, meditation, yoga essentials, and journaling.

Join 180 Balance yoga instructor Stacy Pontinen for a four-part Mindfulness and Exploration of Self series. In each session Stacy will lead participants as they delve into techniques in breath work, meditation, yoga essentials and journaling through inner guidance. This series is open to participants of all experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one or a large towel, and wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. One can attend any of the sessions without having attended the others.  Stacy Pontinen is a certified yoga instructor, who has a passion for cultivating and creating a truly unique environment while welcoming vulnerability and exploration of ones self. All are welcome and no registration is required. This program is offered free-of-charge.

The Detroit Lakes Public Library is located in downtown Detroit Lakes at the intersection of Washinton Ave. and Frazee Street. The library offers two meeting rooms, four study rooms, a legal kiosk, free Wi-Fi and much more.
