Join us once again at the Climax Community Club for a Lefse making primer!
Don't miss this opportunity to learn how to make a regional favorite with local experts. Leeann will share her from-scratch Russet potato recipe, and Patti will bring her favorite mix and share the process from start to (delicious) finish. We will have rolling pins, lefse sticks, and several hot griddles. Feel free to bring your own apron. Story sharing is encouraged. This event is free and open to the public and all are welcome.
