Join your library for an entertaining performance of Scandinavian music featuring Norwegian and Swedish songs sung in their original languages.

Join your library at the Breckenridge School, 710 13th St N., for an entertaining performance of Scandinavian music featuring Norwegian and Swedish songs sung in their original languages. Featuring Project : Constellation, the performance will feature a variety of pieces, from classical music to Eurovision winner songs, music for children and holiday tunes. The husband and wife duo features guitarist Santiago Silva, a native of Sweden, and violinist Christina Silva.

Admission is free and open to the public, thanks in part to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.

About the branch

Join us to explore different themes with stories, songs, rhymes, flannel boards, special guests and more! Storytime typically lasts for 45 minutes and is geared for children ages 3-6, although children of all ages are welcome to join the fun. This month our theme is turtles.
