Create your very own Telemark Rosemaling piece with instruction from Minnesota artist Dorothy Hoover. Registration is required. Registration opens Tuesday, August 26 at 1 p.m.

Discover the art of Norwegian Telemark Rosemaling with artist Dorothy Hoover. Registration is required for this five-hour class, which will lead participants throughout the process of creating their own rosemaling plate. All materials are provided and registration will open Tuesday, August 26 at 1 p.m. Register using the button to the left or by calling the Breckenridge Public Library at 643-2113.

This program is offered free-of-charge thanks in part to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund and is intended for those ages 14 and up. Limited seats are available and registration is required.

About the branch

Join us to explore different themes with stories, songs, rhymes, flannel boards, special guests and more! Storytime typically lasts for 45 minutes and is geared for children ages 3-6, although children of all ages are welcome to join the fun. This month our theme is turtles.
