Join us at Drafts Sports Bar and Grill for a discussion of Sharks in the Time of Saviors.

Sharks in the Time of Saviors is the award-winning debut novel of Kawaii Strong Washburn who lives in Minneapolis Minnesota.  Told in the voices of 5 family members, it blends Hawaiian myths and questions about magical occurences into a family saga. Books and Brews meets on the fourth Tuesday of every other month at Drafts Sports Bar and Grill. Appetizers are provided by the Friends of the Library; participants are responsible for the cost of their own food and drink. All adults are welcome, and no registration is required.

Pick up your copy from the book club kit at the Crookston Public Library, or find it  in our catalog.

About the branch

The Crookston Public Library is located at 110 N. Ash St. next to the old Carnegie Library. The Crookston Library offers study carrels, a private meeting room, and the beautiful River Room for your individual use or group meeting needs.
