Kids come and celebrate the coming of the new year at the DL Library. Dress up in your fancy and sparkly clothes, enjoy a variety of family fun activities, and count down to noon with a balloon drop!

Kids and their families are invited to celebrate the new year with a variety of fun family activities at the Detroit Lakes Public Library. Dust off your fanciest and most sparkly party clothes. Enjoy a photo booth, make a charming new year bracelet, family carnival games like animal races, Ker-Plunk, bean bag toss, and make a new year's wish. Join us to countdown to NOON with a balloon drop. This program is for ages 5-13, but all ages are welcome.

The Detroit Lakes Public Library is located in downtown Detroit Lakes at the intersection of Washinton Ave. and Frazee Street. The library offers two meeting rooms, four study rooms, a legal kiosk, free Wi-Fi and much more.
