Don't Know Much About History: Minnesota Ojibwe and Contributions of American Indians in History with Travis Zimmerman

Join the Ulen Library LINK Site at the Ulen-Hitterdal School, 27 2nd St. NW, for a presentation on the history and culture of the Indigenous people of Minnesota, including Ojibwe culture, contributions to history and an overview of Indigenous military services and the Code Talkers. This program will feature historian and site manager for the Mille Lacs Indian Museum and Trading Post Travis Zimmerman.

Admission is free thanks in part to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.

The Ulen LINK Site is located inside the Ulen Senior Center at 13 1st Street North West (the main street through Ulen) next to the Post Office. The LINK Site offers a variety of books and DVDs, WiFi and a laptop computer for public use and printing services
