Register to play in a timed chess tournament for prizes.

Amateur chess players can register for a timed chess tournament based on age. Each game will last 10 minutes. Prizes will be given out.

 

Age divisions include:

Junior division (ages 7-13) from 11am-12pm

Intermediate division (ages 14-17) from 12pm-1pm

Adult division (ages 18+) from 1pm-2pm

About the branch

The Hawley Public Library is located on Hartford Street near the Hawley Fire Department. The library offers five public computers and several tables for studying and working space.
